Resolved Question: Best Coffee Machine - Dolce Gusto or Tassimo?
Okay, i am a coffee lover, but i also like tea and the odd hot chocolate now and again, just as a treat. So one thing i have always wanted is a coffee machine, they are quick and just a gadget i would like in the new kitchen =] So do you have either of these and what is your view, the both are quite equally voted but the tassimo has a range of companies making pods for them which makes it more appealing. Let me know what you have to say. I am waiting. Thanks in advance. moreResolved Question: Can i put boiling water from the kettle into the resiviour on my Senseo Coffee Pod System.?

Also, if anyone else has had this problem, and you have resolved it, could you please let me know. Thanks. The water in the resiviour is not boiling. Hi I recently received one of these machines as a gift and really like it. I find the cost of the capsules a bit pricey though so I went on the net to see if I could find any cheaper. My girlfriend's mum got a senseo coffee maker for christmas yesterday. We followed all the instructions, flushed the system etc. But it won't do anything other than that. We follow the instructions for making coffee using a pod, but all that happens is the light at the front flashes like it should if its heating water, but while it flashes its not doing anything (supposed to work in 90secs, we left it with light flashing for 1hr after which it turned itself off) The onmly thing the FAQs tell you to do with problems is to flush the machine again, we have now flushed it 8 times. Where are we going wrong, or is the machine faulty? moreResolved Question: can i use vanilla pods in my cake instead of vanilla essence?
